Sales channels

Connect eMAG, WooCommerce and Trendyol: orders come in on their own, stock and prices update on every channel, and the invoice and AWB go back to the platform.

What it does

Commerce → Channels links your stores and marketplaces to Brivio. Every channel runs on the same sync engine:

  • Orders are fetched every few minutes and as soon as the platform sends a notification. Each order is read again directly from the platform, so the data never depends on what the notification contained.
  • Stock is reserved the moment an order arrives. If two channels sell the last unit at the same time, only one order gets the goods; the other is marked oversold, and stock 0 is pushed for that product on every channel. Brivio never cancels orders on its own — that decision is yours.
  • The stock movement (per-lot discharge, FIFO/weighted-average cost, 607/371) is written once, when the invoice is issued.
  • Stock and prices go out to each channel under per-channel rules: a buffer (units or a percentage held back), a minimum price below which nothing is published, handling time and unpublishing offers that are out of stock.

Invoices

For each order Brivio prepares the invoice on the channel's series (EMG, WOO, TY), with VAT per line set by your OSS position. By default the invoice stays a draft; with automatic issue it is issued on its own, submitted to e-Factura when the ANAF token allows automatic submission and the buyer has a tax ID, and its PDF link goes to the platform (eMAG: invoice attachment, Trendyol: invoice link, WooCommerce: order note). An invoice whose platform VAT does not match yours stays a draft for you to check.

AWB

When you create or link an AWB to a channel order's invoice, the AWB is sent to the platform and the order becomes shipped. eMAG only accepts the AWB as a public PDF, so there it appears when the courier provides the label as a link.

Trendyol commissions

Trendyol settlements (sales and returns) are imported automatically. Each commission becomes an expense to Trendyol B.V. (622 / 401). VAT on the commission is chosen per channel: reverse charge (the default — an invoice without VAT, booked 4426 / 4427 and flagged for D390), deductible 21% VAT or exempt. A refunded commission becomes a reversing journal entry.

Connecting

  1. eMAG — enter the API user and password from your seller account and add Brivio's IP addresses in eMAG: 34.116.248.105 and 34.38.112.113. Then generate the notification secret and paste the URL you get into eMAG's callbacks.
  2. WooCommerce — store address, REST key and secret (read/write). Generate the notification secret and create order webhooks in WooCommerce with it.
  3. Trendyol — seller ID, API key and secret and the storefront (RO, BG, GR, HU, CZ, SK…). When you generate the secret Brivio registers the notifications with Trendyol itself.

Channel health

Each channel's page shows the last successful sync, the lag, how many updates are waiting to go out, the ones that could not be sent (you can requeue them), oversold orders and the lines Brivio could not match to a product. Matching uses the barcode (EAN) first, then SKU, then the platform ID; a line you match by hand teaches the offer for the next orders.

Who has access

Every member sees the channels; only members who may manage integrations can change settings, start a sync or rotate the secret. Every change goes to the audit log.
