What it covers
Marketing → Growth lists every platform Brivio can connect to help people find your business: search engines, analytics, tag management, advertising, product catalogs, local presence, social-network ads and site speed. Platforms are grouped by category, and each card shows what the platform does and its current state for your company.
What each state means
- Connected — your account is connected and Brivio syncs its data into its own reports.
- Available — you can connect it now by signing in with your own account.
- Automatic — it runs on its own for your sites and store; there is nothing to connect. IndexNow, for example, tells Bing and other search engines about new pages as soon as you publish them.
- Not enabled on the platform — the connection exists in Brivio but has not been switched on yet, so it cannot be used for now.
- Coming soon — the connection is being built and will appear on the page when it is ready.
Connecting Google
Search Console, Site Verification, Analytics, Tag Manager, Ads, Merchant Center and Business Profile all connect through your own Google account. Press Connect on the card you need: Google asks you to approve only the permissions for that area, and you can add the others later from the same page without reconnecting.
After Search Console is connected, Brivio can verify a domain it hosts by publishing the verification record in your DNS zone, add it to Search Console and submit its sitemap. Search reports are copied every night into Brivio, so you keep them beyond Google's 16 months.
Who can connect
Anyone in the company can see the page. Only members allowed to manage integrations see the Connect button; the same check is repeated on the server when the connection starts.
Privacy
Measurement tags load only after the visitor accepts the matching cookie category, and conversions sent from the server never include the visitor's IP address. Connecting, verifying and reporting are free.
