Social media

Schedule posts to Telegram, LinkedIn and Mastodon from one calendar, with reminders for networks that do not allow automatic publishing.

What it covers

Marketing → Social media brings your own and your company's accounts, a monthly calendar of posts and an editor together: you write a post once and send it to several networks. For each network, Brivio checks text limits and the number and type of images while you type, so you know before scheduling whether the post will be accepted.

Links in posts get UTM parameters automatically (utm_source, utm_medium=social, utm_campaign, utm_content), so orders and paid invoices can be traced back to the post that brought them in.

Connecting accounts

  • Telegram channel. Add the Brivio bot as a channel administrator allowed to post (the "Open Telegram" button in the connect dialog does this in one step), then type the channel name. Brivio checks two things: that the bot can post there, and that your Telegram account linked to Brivio is an administrator of the channel. If you have not linked Telegram yet, do it from Settings → Notifications.
  • LinkedIn (personal profile). You sign in to LinkedIn and authorise Brivio to post on your behalf. The option appears only when the platform has the LinkedIn app configured.
  • Mastodon. Type the server your account is on (for example mastodon.social); Brivio sends you there to authorise access.

When connecting, you choose whether an account is personal (yours) or the company's. Company accounts can be managed by colleagues allowed to manage integrations.

Scheduling and reminders

A post with a date and time is scheduled; without one it stays a draft. Times are always in Romanian time. From the calendar you can reschedule or cancel any post that has not been published yet.

Networks that do not allow automatic publishing for your account type get a reminder: at the scheduled time you receive a notification, copy the text, post it from the network's app and press "I posted it", optionally with the link to the post.

Sharing accounts with other companies

A personal account can also be used from other companies you are a member of: on the Accounts tab, choose "Share with companies" and tick, for each company, whether it may publish and whether it sees statistics. Access is withdrawn automatically as soon as you leave a company or disconnect the account.

Required labels

  • Commercial content. For paid posts you choose the type (advertising, sponsorship, paid partnership) and Brivio adds the marker required by the Romanian audiovisual regulator (CNA) at the start of the text — #Publicitate, #Sponsorizat or #ParteneriatPlătit — unless you already wrote it.
  • AI-generated content. If the text or images were generated with AI, tick the option: networks that have a dedicated label will show it, in line with the transparency obligation in the AI Act (art. 50).
