Stars (steluțe)
What Brivio stars are, how you earn them, how you convert them into AI credits, and which data we use.
Stars (steluțe in Romanian) are the Brivio rewards programme. You receive them when you discover the app, help us improve it or bring someone who starts using it, and you convert them into AI credits for your organization. Find them under Stars (/rewards).
In short
- Taking part is optional: you start the programme yourself, after reading and accepting the Rules.
- Stars are yours, as a person. They cannot be bought, given to someone else or exchanged for anything outside the catalogue.
- You convert them into AI credits for an organization you belong to: 1,000 stars = 10 AI credits.
- You earn stars for outcomes (first import, first bank connected, an accepted suggestion, a colleague you brought in), never for tax obligations: issuing invoices, e-Factura, SAF-T or returns never earn stars.
Joining
- Open Stars and choose Join.
- Read the Rules and tick the acceptance box. We keep the accepted version and the time of acceptance.
- Choose whether your organization's admin may see your details (default: no, they only see totals).
You can leave at any time from Stars › Settings. Your history stays visible, but you no longer earn new stars.

Alongside stars you earn experience (XP), which raises your level and unlocks badges; XP never goes down and is not convertible. The product tour and weekly activity earn XP only.
The monthly limit is 3,000 stars per person. Referral stars are pending for 30 days before they become available. The same action always earns the same reward: there are no draws, surprises or leaderboards.
Weekly streak
A week counts when you did something useful in the app that week (Romanian time). You get one freeze for a missed week and can pause the streak while you are on holiday.
Converting into AI credits

- Pick an option from the catalogue and the organization that receives the credits.
- Small requests are approved automatically, under a threshold the organization sets; an organization admin approves the rest.
- For large requests we ask for identity verification.
- If a request is rejected or cancelled, the stars come back to you.
AI credits obtained this way never expire and are used like any other credit in the organization.
When stars expire
Stars expire only after 18 months with no activity in the programme. Any activity (stars received, a conversion) resets the clock. We notify you 30 days in advance.
Which data we use
We use the actions in the app that trigger rules (for example "first successful import"), your star history and your programme settings. Your organization's admin sees totals only, unless you choose to show them your details. Stars are never used to evaluate employees. To prevent abuse we look at signals such as duplicate accounts or self-referrals. Details in the Rules.
For admins: switching it off for the organization
An admin can switch the programme off for the organization in Settings › Stars. Members then stop earning stars in that organization's context and can no longer convert into it; stars already earned stay theirs. The same page sets the auto-approval threshold and lists pending requests.
FAQ
Can I buy stars? No. Stars are only earned through the actions in the table.
Can I give my stars to a colleague? No. They are personal. You can, however, convert them into credits for the organization you share.
How many credits can I get? As many as your stars allow, in the catalogue options, with the organization's approval.
Do I earn stars for invoices or e-Factura submissions? No, on purpose: tax obligations are not rewarded.
Do I earn stars for a review on G2 or Google? No. We only reward suggestions sent from inside the app.
What happens if the programme closes? We notify you 30 days in advance and you have time to convert your available stars.
