Stars (steluțe)
Stars programme Rules
The official Rules of the Brivio Stars (steluțe) rewards programme, version 2026-10-05.
Version 2026-10-05. This version applies from the moment you accept it in the app. The version you accepted and the time of acceptance are stored in your account. The Romanian text is the reference version.
1. Organiser
The Stars programme (the "Programme") is run by Brivio ("we"), the operator of the Brivio platform. The company's identification details are published on the platform's contact page.
2. What stars are
- Stars are loyalty units granted free of charge for the actions described in the app and in the programme documentation.
- Stars have no monetary value. They are not money, electronic money, a payment instrument or a voucher, and cannot be used to pay invoices or orders.
- Stars cannot be bought, cannot be exchanged for cash and are not transferable: they cannot be assigned to another user, organization or programme.
- Stars can only be converted into the items in the catalogue shown in the app (currently AI credits for an organization you belong to), at the ratio shown at the time of conversion.
3. Taking part
- Taking part is optional and free. The Programme is available to users with an active Brivio account.
- You join from the app by expressly accepting these Rules. You can leave at any time; stars available when you leave can be converted before you do.
- An organization admin can switch the Programme off for that organization. You then stop earning stars in that organization's context and can no longer convert into it; stars you already earned remain yours.
- To measure its effect, the Programme may not be shown to a fixed share of organizations chosen deterministically. Those organizations are not disadvantaged compared with having no Programme.
4. Earning stars
- Stars are granted deterministically: the same action always earns the same reward, under the table in force. There are no draws, random prizes or leaderboards.
- No stars are granted for fulfilling legal or tax obligations (issuing invoices, e-Factura, e-Transport, SAF-T, tax returns, fiscal receipts, payroll), nor for public reviews on external platforms.
- Per-action limits and a monthly per-person limit apply. Referral stars become available 30 days after the referred person's first payment.
- Stars granted for an action that is later cancelled (for example a refunded payment), or obtained through fraud, multiple accounts, self-referral or exploiting an error, may be cancelled. If they were already converted, the difference is withheld from future stars.
5. Conversion
- You request a conversion in the app, choosing the catalogue item and the receiving organization.
- A conversion is approved automatically under a threshold the organization sets; above it, an organization admin approves it. For large requests we may ask for identity verification.
- On approval the stars are used (oldest first) and the AI credits are added to the organization's account. AI credits obtained this way never expire.
- A rejected, cancelled or unfulfilled request returns the stars in full.
6. Expiry
- Stars expire after 18 months with no activity in the Programme (any star received or any conversion resets the clock).
- We notify you at least 30 days before expiry, in the app and by e-mail.
7. Changes to these Rules
- We may change these Rules or the reward table with at least 30 days' prior notice. Changes apply only going forward; stars already granted are not reduced.
- To keep taking part after a new version takes effect, you accept it in the app.
8. Ending the Programme
- We may close the Programme with at least 30 days' prior notice.
- During the notice period you can convert your available stars. On closure, unconverted stars are cancelled without compensation, since they have no monetary value.
9. Personal data
- For the Programme we process: your account identifier, the organizations you belong to, the in-app actions that trigger rules, your history of stars, levels, badges and conversions, your programme settings, and anti-abuse signals (for example normalised e-mail addresses, repeated tax codes or bank accounts, IP address and browser on relevant events).
- The legal basis is performance of the contract (the Programme you joined) and our legitimate interest in preventing abuse.
- Organization admins see aggregate totals only, unless you choose to show them your details. Stars are never used to evaluate employees.
- Data is kept while you take part and afterwards for as long as record-keeping obligations require. Your rights (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability) and the data protection officer's details are described in the Brivio Privacy Policy.
10. Contact
Questions about the Programme can be sent from the app, under Help & support, or to the contact address published on the website.
