An ISSUED invoice was settled in full. Fires from every path that records money — manual entry, bank match, card settlement (Stripe/Netopia/Revolut), honoured instrument, collective receipt, Telegram. Idempotent per payment: `id` = `evt_pay_<paymentId>`.
