A credit note (storno) reversing an ISSUED invoice was issued or cancelled and changed the source invoice's credited amount. A storno cancels debt — it is not a payment. Idempotent per credited amount: id = evt_cred_<sourceId>_<creditedAmountCents>, so a re-sync landing on the same amount is a re-delivery of the same event.
application/json- body
