What Brivio is
An overview of the platform and how the modules connect to each other.
In short
Brivio is a business administration platform: you issue invoices, they are filed automatically with the SPV through e-Factura, and each document produces the matching double-entry journal entries in the background under OMFP 1802/2014. You are not keeping two parallel records — the commercial document and the accounting entry are the same thing seen from different angles.
The organization is the boundary
Everything in Brivio belongs to an organization: documents, partners, bank accounts, users. You can run several companies from one account and their data never touches. The organization switcher is in the top-left corner.
Tabs and panes
On a wide screen (from 1280 px) and in the desktop app you can keep several pages open as tabs above the content. Right-click a tab for its menu:
- Pin — the tab stays in the bar, moves to the start after the other pinned tabs, shows a pin icon, and stays in the pane it is open in. A pinned tab never navigates away: a new page opens in a new tab.
- Close (Alt+W) — at any time, pinned tabs included. "Reopen closed tab" (Alt+Shift+Z) brings it back.
- Open in new pane / Move to the other pane — two pages side by side; drag the divider between them or use the arrow keys on it.
- Move to a new window, Duplicate, Copy link, Move left / right (Alt+Shift+← / →, or drag the tab).
Tabs are kept on your device, separately for each organization.
