Saft

Queue a SAF-T D406 generation on the worker (never rendered inline). 409 when the readiness pre-flight has blocking findings or a generation is already running; 503 when no worker is reachable. (scope: saft:write)

Apply a previewed SAF-T import: contacts, products, account links, opening stock and opening balances (one posted, immutable OP entry). 409 when already applied or opening balances are already posted. (scope: saft_import:write) POST
